Unlimited fiber broadband, installed by our own local team. No FUP, no contracts, free installation.
Prem Nagar I me broadband ka sabse bada sawal yahi hota hai — line tikegi ya nahi. Skymax yahan apni fiber-optic line par connection deta hai, jisme na shaam ko speed girti hai na mausam ka asar padta hai.
Shikayat ka jawab kitni jaldi milta hai — asli farak yahi banata hai. Prem Nagar I me hamari field team roz aati hai, isliye complaint darj hone ke baad engineer usi din pahunch jaata hai. Call center me ghumna nahi padta. Complaint karne ke teen tarike hain — customer portal, WhatsApp, ya seedha call. Teeno me ek hi system me ticket banta hai, isliye baat kahin gum nahi hoti.
Skymax Class B ISP license ke tahat kaam karta hai. Iska matlab ye hai ki network registered hai, uska record hai, aur shikayat ka ek tay raasta hai. Local reseller ke saath ye bharosa nahi milta. Prem Nagar I me hamare customers ke liye customer portal bhi hai, jahan se bill, usage aur complaint — sab khud dekh sakte hain.
Our Prem Nagar I installation team typically completes new connections within 24–48 hours of KYC approval — no waiting weeks for a technician.
Every plan available in Prem Nagar I comes with unlimited data — no FUP caps, no throttling after a GB limit, ever.
Our support and field engineers are based right here in West Delhi, so Prem Nagar I outages get a real person on-site fast, not a call-center queue.
Skymax operates as a Class B ISP under a DOT license — a properly regulated, accountable network, not a grey-market reseller.
