Every new customer is entitled to a full refund within 7 days of their first plan activation. No reasons required. Simply contact our support team and your refund will be initiated within 24 hours and credited within 5 business days.
If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day window, we refund unused days on a pro-rata basis. Example: If you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day plan worth ₹599, you receive ₹299.50 back (15 remaining days × ₹19.97/day).
If you experience downtime exceeding our 99.9% SLA in any calendar month, you are entitled to a prorated credit equal to 10× the outage duration. Credits are automatically applied to your next invoice — no claim needed.
The following are non-refundable: Installation charges (waived for most plans), equipment delivery charges, plan activation fees after the 7-day window expires, plans terminated due to ToS violations.
