Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Skymax Broadband services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines, and the Unified License terms issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).

2. Service Description

Skymax Broadband provides fiber-optic internet connectivity services to residential and commercial premises in Delhi NCR. Services are delivered over our own licensed fiber network. Speeds are "up to" the stated maximum and may vary based on network congestion, equipment, and technical factors. We guarantee a minimum of 70% of the subscribed speed per our SLA.

  • 24/7 network monitoring and management
  • Monthly usage reports via customer portal
  • Technical support through phone, WhatsApp, and ticketing system
  • Regular network maintenance with prior notice via SMS/email

3. Customer Obligations

As a subscriber, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information and valid KYC documents (Aadhaar/PAN)
  • Pay subscription fees by the due date each billing cycle
  • Not resell, share, or sublease the connection without written authorization
  • Not use the service for illegal activities including but not limited to: copyright infringement, spamming, phishing, or accessing prohibited content
  • Not tamper with or damage Skymax network equipment
  • Report any suspected security breaches immediately to our team

4. Service Interruptions

Skymax guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance). Planned maintenance is communicated 24 hours in advance. For unplanned outages exceeding 4 hours, we will provide prorated credit. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, third-party infrastructure failures) are excluded from SLA calculations.

5. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments incur a reconnection fee of ₹50 after a 3-day grace period. All prices include applicable GST. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Skymax may immediately suspend services for: non-payment, violation of these terms, misuse of the network, or legal orders. Upon termination, all Skymax-owned equipment must be returned. Subscribers receive a prorated refund for unused days upon voluntary termination.
